Whether an advanced meditation practitioner or a beginner, this workshop has a lot to offer you.

Attend this workshop if you want to broaden your understanding of the ways in which you can meditate.

Participants will experience four different kinds of meditation; specifically, meditations involving sitting, standing, lying down and moving. Learn the benefits of each kind of meditation and the value of meditation itself.

Michelle Crandell will be your teacher and guide. Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has studied and practiced meditation for forty years. She teaches a monthly class which helps participants improve their intuition, creativity and manifesting. Each session, Ms. Crandell facilitates meditation as part of the classroom experience.
