Discover the art and philosophy of Japanese floral arranging in this immersive course on Chabana with Jennifer Huffman. 

Chabana, is the Japanese arrangement of “Flowers for tea” is more than just arranging flowers aesthetically; it embodies a deep cultural and philosophical approach to nature and beauty. This class offers a blend of practical techniques and cultural insights, making it suitable for beginners and those with some experience in floral design. 

You will take home your own floral creation as well.  All flowers and instruction will be provided.  Please bring your own vase, the vase opening should be no more than 3 inches wide for the best presentations.  

The lunar new year begins on January 29, 2025. Starting in January through the month of February, Emergent Arts and Taiwanese/Hot Springs artist, Bai Mros will bring you unique experiences to celebrate the occasion.
